I have been all over the place the last few week , thanks to the arriver of the cutest niggling female child in the world .
Yesterday , my wonderful female parent left us to hark back to the res publica , so we ’re headed back to a more normal schedule now .
I decide that I ’m done with the acrylic resin painting for now and go bad back to oils :
They just have a pantry good to them . I like the way this noni turned out . I ’ve been doing a lot of reading on house painting – particularly oil painting – over the last match of hebdomad and I ’ve decided I do n’t need to just be “ okay ” at it – I want to be excellent . To do so will require painting a sight more than I do , so I ’m proceed withCarole Marine ’s “ painting a mean solar day ” methodand painting as many modest canvass as I can in between other piece of work .
On the YouTube front , we hit 75,000 indorser today .
I finger rather guilty for not produce more content . At this point , I should be cranking it out . or else , I ’m paint pictures of noni and working on a # nanowrimo space adventure novel .
I strike 30k words on it yesterday afternoon . 3,000 word behind the point in time where I should be at this sentence in November , but not uncollectible considering all the distraction .
One of those distractions is build a sign . I really need to get back to building . This morning our concrete contractor got in touch and is get ready to work on the slab cornerstone for us . Once that ’s in , I postulate to expend a calendar month frame up the 20 x 36′ primary menage on top of it . That will take up my life for a while , but it will also give me moreUnauthorized . TV Tiny House Expat Livingepisode fodder !
With all the projects I take on , sometimes it ’s intemperate to stay focused on any one thing . Oil painting should n’t really be a high precedence right now , but I sure do enjoy it . It ’s probably clock time for me to have Rachel write up a new work schedule for me so I can get more done each day .
