So no more , 100 calorie granola bars from a box — it is clock time this folk take in their own Homemade Granola Bars for good !
Homemade Granola Bar Recipe
1 1/2 cups old - fashioned oats
1 loving cup puffed or crispy rice cereal
1/2 cupful chopped or slivered nut ( I used Prunus dulcis slivers )

3/4 cupful raisins
1/2 cup honey ( or browned Elmer Reizenstein sirup to make it vegan well-disposed )
1 teaspoonful virginal vanilla selection
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons peanut butter ( or any nut butter fresh ground )
