Provost holds a Bachelor of Science in agribusiness and a Master of Science in agricultural political economy from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from The George Washington University Law School .
She joins wage increase from Farm Foundation where she was vice president of insurance and programs and most recently was interim co - chief operating officer . Before join Farm Foundation , Provost served agriculture and the specialty industry as U.S. government personal business manager at Dow AgroSciences , LLC , and in that role was a RISE volunteer leader , chairing the affiliation ’s Legislative Affairs Committee . She has also worked as legislative help to Senator Richard Lugar ; special supporter to the Administrator , U.S. Department of Agriculture , Foreign Agriculture Service ; and Trade and Southern Crops Economist at American Farm Bureau Federation .
