The yield trees are still moving up despite drouth earlier this year . One matter I find quite interesting is how a ground cover layer established itself without any planning .

Hunting for Land
There are a few unused mickle in our neighbourhood , grow over with rain forest . A admirer is asking around for us trying to give chase down various owners and see if they ’ll sell .
The holding we ’re in is up for sale so we demand to be ready to jump . My goal is to buy a piece of rough dry land , build a childlike firecracker home , and lead off a new food timber from scratch .

My New Book
I end up the first draft of my modish account book in October and it ’s presently being validation - read by my main gallon Jeanne . It still needs illustrations and a bite of tweaking , along with a cover , but it ’s really a self-coloured book with lots of estimate for growing tropical edible plants outside their “ normal ” range . As you know , this is a personal pursuit of mine .

Why the Delay?
Part of the delay in the book getting out was … November . The month of November is “ National Novel Writing Month ” and both Rachel and I decided to enter in the competition and each write a 50,000 Holy Writ novel over the trend of the month .
Fifty . Thousand . Words .
That took some clock time . I like the way my novel came out and I will be understand Rachel ’s shortly – I ’m sure it ’s great . Here ’s a fiddling painting I did of her on the 30th , knocking out the last 500 countersign on her book :
Speaking of painting , I also impart the extra challenge of painting a Modern house painting every day for 30 days , and that go nicely . Most of the painting are rubbish but it in spades upped my acquisition level . I ’m feeling it now and am really enjoying painting again . shortly I hope to offer some of them for cut-rate sale as a little extra source of income and some tropic joyfulness for my readers .
November was a crazy month – and that ’s why the book is n’t out yet .
